Within the European Union
Voyar La Rue sends orders over € 40 for free within the Netherlands and orders over € 80 are sent for free in the European Union. Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with the standard service of PostNL. For the rest of the European Union, orders are shipped with UPS Express Save service. Member States of the European Union are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia , Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden.
Outside the European Union
Voyar La Rue also ships to countries outside the European Union. Orders outside of the European Union are shipped with the standard UPS service. Find an overview of the shipping costs herefor orders under € 100, -.
Return- and exchange policy
Take the time to try on the item(s) in your order.
If you decide to return any item(s), you can contact us at email@example.com. Please take the time to fill in the return form in your package. Follow the instructions on the return form and send it back to us together with your item(s).
Please note: the items you want to return must be returned unworn and undamaged within 14 days of delivery. You have the choice to exchange an item (if it is in stock) or to have the amount of purchase refunded.
If you want to exchange an item, please send us the desired size by e-mail so that we can reserve it for you. The new article will be sent after we have received the returned items.
Return shipping and costs are for your own account.
Please note that we accept no liability for returned items. Pack and seal your return item(s) carefully, if possible in its original packaging, and include a fully completed return form. We advise you to send your return shipment via a transport company that provides a so-called tracking number, to be sure it won’t get lost.
Any item can be exchanged for a different size, color or model. If the amount is higher than the original order, you will receive an additional invoice with the shipment. If the amount is lower than the original order, you will receive the amount back.
If you want to exchange or return a damaged item, we ask you to fill in the return form. Follow the instructions on the return form. Damaged items are only accepted if the items are delivered to the customer damaged or if a production error comes to light within 2 months after delivery. All damaged returned items are checked and items of which we believe that the damages are due to regular wear and tear are not accepted as damaged. Exchange is possible if the relevant item is in stock. If possible, items can be repaired on request. This only happens when we believe that these items are damaged and can be repaired. We do not give a warranty on repairs.
You will be reimbursed within 10 days after your return shipment has been processed by us. The amount of all undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the credit card or bank account of the original buyer. As mentioned earlier, keep in mind that international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU are not reimbursed.
